The festive selection for 2026 has increased to over 700 lines, including beautifully themed departments. The Woodland collection contains pretty ornaments with pastel hues and a sprinkling of glitter - adorable forest animals gathering in festive cheer. Another range sees a traditional style of decorations, featuring a slipper-clad Father Christmas, cosy fireplaces, soaring sleighs, and the ever-supportive Mrs Claus.
Alongside these new themes, Straits has further developed ranges that have had proven success. The best-selling glitter water spinners have moved away from a lantern shape into more complex designs, layered imagery, and both musical and animated pieces.
Sales Director Steve Webb says, “The selling point for our new collection is ‘Festive with a Function’, we love glitter and sparkle, but why not add even more charm to every single item? Make them sing, make them dance, make them magical!”
Steve’s passion is infectious, and his love for Christmas has made it necessary to move to a larger stand at the trade show. Newly located opposite Kaemingk in Hall G, on an inviting L-shaped stand, he’s excited to have the space to show off the new collection to existing and new customers.
Christmas trees, light-up glassware, and spinners are staples in the Straits collection, but for 2026, animated characters and plush are sure to draw a crowd. A set of singing plush animals, complete with moving mouths, brings fun to Christmas décor, and some of the larger moving Santa decorations are impossible to miss.
It’s not just the large pieces that have been sprinkled with Straits’ magic; every item has been given consideration. For example, a set of hanging decorations that comes complete with a light-up stand, which makes displaying them a breeze for the customer. Or, the pretty glassware ranges that gently rotate to create a sparkling light show.
